I mean it's a flex to act as if Asturias is easy - it isn't. You're talking about the difference between technical difficulty and articulation/expression which isn't a fair comparison. Satie might be richer in terms of opportunity for expression but that doesn't make it more difficult to actually play compared to Asturias, it just means it's harder to play it well (and that's arguable).
